788 Directors of the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing
On and after the commencement of Division 1 of Part 8 (other than sections 101, 103 and 113(2)) of the Entities Legislation Amendment (Consolidation and Other Matters) Act 2026, the person who held office as a Director of the Centre immediately before that commencement continues to hold office as the Director of the Centre on the same terms and conditions.
