734 Health information to be shared with emergency service providers
(1) A mental health and wellbeing service provider may share health information with an emergency service provider for the purposes of—
(a) facilitating the provision of an emergency service to a person; or
(b) performing a function under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies despite an election by a person that their personal information or health information not be disclosed under section 733(4).
