714 Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria may collect information
(1) To the extent necessary to perform its functions, Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria may collect any of the following information about an individual from a body specified in subsection (2)—
(c) a public entity within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004;
(e) a body prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of data sharing body in section 3(1) of the Victorian Data Sharing Act 2017;
