705 Entities that are designated mental health services as a result of declaration under section 704

(1) Subject to subsection (2), for the purposes of this Act, an entity specified in section 704(2)(b) that is declared to be a declared operator is a designated mental health service.

(2) An entity specified in subsection (1) ceases to be a designated mental health service if the entity ceases to be a declared operator in accordance with section 704(4).
