697 Obligations of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board to a delegate
The Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board must—
(a) permit a delegate appointed to the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board to attend any meeting of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board or any meeting of its committees; and
(b) provide a delegate appointed to the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board with information or a copy of any notice or other document provided to the directors of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board or to the members of any of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board's committees at the same time as the information, notice or other document is provided to the directors of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board or the members of its committees.
