696 Functions of delegate

A delegate of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board has the following functions—

(a) to attend meetings of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board and observe its decision making processes;

(b) to provide advice or information to the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board to assist in understanding its obligations under this Act; and

(c) to advise the Minister on any matter relating to Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria or the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board.
