692 Staff
(1) There may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 any employees who are necessary to enable Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria or the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board to carry out its functions or powers.
(2) Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria may enter into an agreement or arrangement for the use of any staff of a Department, statutory authority or other public sector body.
(3) Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria may engage a person with suitable qualifications or experience to assist Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria or the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board in carrying out its functions and powers under this Act.
