691 Guidelines

(1) The Minister may issue guidelines in relation to the role and procedure of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board and how the Board carries out its functions, duties and responsibilities.

(2) Guidelines issued under subsection (1) must be published in the Government Gazette.

(3) The Minister may amend or revoke any guidelines issued under this section by notice published in the Government Gazette.

(4) Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria and the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board must comply with any guidelines issued under this section.
