674 Official seal

(1) The official seal of Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria must—

(a) be kept in custody as directed by the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board; and

(b) only be used as authorised by the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board.

(2) All courts must take judicial notice of the seal of Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Victoria affixed to a document and, until the contrary is proved, presume that it was duly affixed.
