672 Review of operation of Centre's governance model

(1) The Minister must cause a review to be conducted of the first 5 years of operation of—

(a) Division 2 of Part 15.1; and

(b) Division 3 of Part 15.1 (other than section 663); and

(c) Division 4 of Part 15.1 (other than section 667).

(2) The person who undertakes the review must give the Minister a written report of the review.

(3) The Minister must cause a copy of the report of the review to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 12 months after the fifth anniversary of the commencement of the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2021.
