670 Reports to the Minister
(1) The Minister, by written notice, may request the Centre Board to report to the Minister on—
(a) its activities; and
(b) compliance with its duties and obligations; and
(c) implementation of its strategic plan; and
(d) any other matter specified by the Minister.
(2) The Centre Board must comply with a request under subsection (1) within the time specified in the notice.
