665 Minister may issue guidelines
(1) The Minister may issue guidelines about the performance of the Centre's, or the Centre Board's, functions.
(2) The Minister must ensure that the guidelines are published in the Government Gazette.
(3) The Minister may amend or revoke any guidelines issued under this section by notice published in the Government Gazette.
(4) The Centre or the Centre Board (as the case requires) must comply with any guidelines issued under this section.
