650 Terms of office

(1) A member of the Centre Board—

(b) subject to subsection (2), is eligible for reappointment.

(2) A member of the Centre Board may not hold office for more than 9 consecutive years unless the Minister is satisfied that exceptional circumstances exist which justify the member holding office for a longer period.
