628 Obligations of Institute Board to delegate

The Institute Board must—

(a) permit a delegate appointed to the Institute Board to attend any meeting of the Institute Board or any meeting of its committees; and

(b) provide a delegate appointed to the Institute Board with information or a copy of any notice or other document provided to the directors or to the members of any of the committees of the Institute Board at the same time as the information, notice or other document is provided to the directors or members.
