627 Functions of delegate
The functions of a delegate appointed to the Institute Board are—
(a) to attend meetings of the Institute Board and observe its decision making processes; and
(b) to provide advice or information to the Institute Board to assist the Institute Board in understanding its obligations under this Act; and
(c) to advise the Minister and the Health Secretary on any matter relating to the Institute or the Institute Board.
