618 Constitution of Institute Board
The Institute Board consists of the following persons—
(a) a nominee of the Attorney-General;
(b) a nominee of the Minister administering the Corrections Act 1986;

(c) at least 4 other directors, but not more than 8, of whom—
(i) at least one is a person who identifies as experiencing, or as having experienced, mental illness or psychological distress; and
(ii) at least one is a person who identifies as caring for or supporting, or as having cared for or supported, a person with mental illness or psychological distress; and
(iii) at least one has knowledge of, or experience in, accountancy or financial management.
