503 Application for review—compliance notice
(1) A person or a mental health and wellbeing service provider whose interests are affected by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission's decision to serve a compliance notice may apply to VCAT for review of the decision.
(2) An application for review must be made within 20 business days after the compliance notice is served.
(3) The Commission is a party to a proceeding on a review under this section.
