485 Notice of follow up investigation
(1) If the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission decides to conduct a follow up investigation, the Commission, as soon as possible after making the decision, must give written notice of the follow up investigation to the mental health and wellbeing service provider that is the subject of the follow up investigation.
(2) A written notice under subsection (1) must include a description of the matter being investigated.
