484 Power of Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission to conduct a follow up investigation

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may conduct a follow up investigation as to whether there has been any failure by a mental health and wellbeing service provider—

(a) to take any action in respect of which the mental health and wellbeing service provider gave an undertaking referred to in Part 9.3; or

(b) to take any of the recommendations of action specified in an investigation report or a follow up investigation report given to the mental health and wellbeing service provider.
