48 Consumer instructions to mental health advocate
(1) A consumer who has instructed a mental health advocate to assist them may withdraw their instructions at any time.
(2) A withdrawal of instructions under subsection (1) may be—
(a) oral or written; and
(b) given to the mental health advocate or to the primary non-legal mental health advocacy service provider.
