477 Referred investigations

(1) The Minister may refer to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission for investigation any matter that a person is able to make a complaint about to the Commission under section 431, 432 or 433.

(2) The Commission may investigate a matter referred to it under subsection (1) in accordance with this Part.
