466 Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission must review complaint handling standards

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission must review the complaint handling standards at least once every 5 years in consultation with—

(a) any relevant mental health and wellbeing service provider; and

(b) persons with lived experience of mental illness or psychological distress and their families, carers and supporters; and
