457 Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may cease complaint resolution process
(1) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may cease a complaint resolution process at any time if the Commission is satisfied that the complaint resolution process in no longer appropriate in the circumstances of the complaint.
(2) If the Commission ceases a complaint resolution process under subsection (1), the Commission must give written notice to each party to the complaint.
