456 Parties' withdrawal of agreement to complaint resolution process
If at any time during the conduct of a complaint resolution process a party to a complaint withdraws from a complaint resolution process or no longer agrees to participate in a complaint resolution process, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may—
(a) cease the complaint resolution process and, if the Commission believes it is necessary, commence an investigation into the complaint under section 476; or
(b) decide to take no further action in respect of the complaint.
