426 Functions and powers of a Mental Health and Wellbeing Commissioner
(1) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commissioners are collectively responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commissioners constitute the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission in accordance with section 411 and may exercise all the powers, and have all the functions, conferred on a Commissioner under this Act or any other Act.
