419 Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission
(1) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may employ a person as the Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer is to be employed as an executive within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004.
(3) The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day to day operation and management of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission.
(4) The Chief Executive Officer must not be a Mental Health and Wellbeing Commissioner.
