412 Common seal
(1) The common seal of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission—
(a) must be kept as directed by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission; and
(b) must not be used except as authorised by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission.
(2) All courts must take judicial notice of the seal of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission affixed to a document and, until the contrary is proved, must presume that it was duly affixed.
