406 Functions of the Community Visitors Mental Health Board
The Community Visitors Mental Health Board has the following functions—
(a) to represent community visitors;
(b) to supervise the training of community visitors;
(c) to prepare and circulate publications that explain the role of community visitors;
(d) to report a matter to the Public Advocate or the Minister;
(e) to refer a matter under section 407;
(f) to prepare an annual report in accordance with section 409.
