402 Request to see a community visitor

(1) A person receiving mental health and wellbeing services at a prescribed premises, or any person on their behalf, may request that the person in charge of the prescribed premises arrange for the person receiving mental health and wellbeing services to be visited by a community visitor.

(2) Within 2 business days after receiving a request under subsection (1), the person in charge of the prescribed premises must advise a community visitor that a request has been made.
