394 Validity of decisions of Rules Committee
A decision of the Rules Committee is not invalid merely because of a vacancy in the office of member of the Rules Committee.

Part 8.1—Appointment of community visitors
395 Appointment of community visitors
(1) On the recommendation of the Public Advocate, the Governor in Council, by instrument, may appoint as many community visitors as are necessary for the purpose of fulfilling community visitors' functions under this Chapter.
(2) For the purposes of making a recommendation to the Governor in Council under subsection (1), the Public Advocate must ensure that the composition of community visitors is a fair and balanced reflection of the diversity of the Victorian community.
