393 Meeting procedure

(1) At a meeting of the Rules Committee—

(a) the President presides if the President is present; and

(b) if the President is not present, the Deputy President presides.

(2) The quorum of the Rules Committee is half of the number of members who constitute the Rules Committee.

(3) Subject to subsections (1) and (2), the Rules Committee may regulate its own procedure.
