386 Failure to comply with witness summons
A person who has been served with a witness summons must not, without reasonable excuse—
(a) fail to attend as required by the witness summons unless the person has been excused or released from attendance by the Mental Health Tribunal; or
(b) fail to produce any document referred to in the witness summons that is in the person's possession.
