384 Use of experts

(1) The Mental Health Tribunal may engage a person to provide expert advice in relation to any matter arising in a proceeding.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Mental Health Tribunal may engage legal counsel to assist and support the Tribunal in any proceeding relating to an intensive monitored supervision order.

(3) The Mental Health Tribunal is responsible for any costs associated with the engagement of a person referred to in subsection (1) or (2).
