364 Joinder of parties

(1) The Mental Health Tribunal may order that a person be joined as a party to a proceeding if the Tribunal is satisfied that it is desirable that the person be joined as a party.

(2) On the application of a person to be a party to a proceeding, the principal registrar may join the person as a party before the hearing commences.

(3) At any time, the President, Deputy President or another Tribunal member of a class specified in the rules may join a person as a party to a proceeding without conducting a hearing on the application.
