319 Membership of regional multiagency panel

(1) A regional multiagency panel consists of members appointed by the Chief Officer with the advice of the regional mental health and wellbeing board for the same region.

(2) The Chief Officer may appoint one of the members of a regional multiagency panel appointed under subsection (1) as chairperson.
