306 Terms of reference
(1) The Minister may issue terms of reference for a regional mental health and wellbeing board at any time.
(2) Terms of reference under subsection (1) must—
(a) be published on the Department's website; and
(b) specify the scope and priority of the functions to be performed by a regional mental health and wellbeing board.
(3) In addition to subsection (2)(b), terms of reference under subsection (1) may specify any procedures to be observed by a regional mental health and wellbeing board and the extent to which a board may regulate its own procedure.
(4) Except for the purposes of providing advice to the Minister on the Minister's request, a regional mental health and wellbeing board must perform its functions and exercise its powers within the scope of its current terms of reference (if any).
