290 Response of clinical mental health service provider to recommendations
If a clinical review report contains recommendations, the clinical mental health service provider that is the subject of the report must—
(a) prepare a written response to those recommendations and specify the actions the provider has taken, is taking or will take to implement them; and
(b) give the chief psychiatrist the written response within 30 business days of receiving a copy of the clinical review report under section 288(3).
