29 Mental health and wellbeing service providers to make all reasonable efforts
A mental health and wellbeing service provider must—
(a) when exercising a function to which this Act applies, make all reasonable efforts to comply with the mental health and wellbeing principles; and
(b) when making a decision under this Act, give proper consideration to the mental health and wellbeing principles; and
(c) provide safe, person-centred mental health and wellbeing services; and
(d) foster continuous improvement in the quality and safety of the care and mental health and wellbeing services they provide.
30 Mental health and wellbeing service providers to address one or more mental health and wellbeing principles in annual report
A mental health and wellbeing service provider that is required to prepare an annual report must include in that annual report information about actions taken during the reporting period that relate to giving effect to one or more of the mental health and wellbeing principles.
