287 Notice of intention to conduct clinical review to be provided

(1) The chief psychiatrist must give a clinical mental health service provider in respect of which a clinical review will be conducted written notice of the review.

(a) be given at least 20 business days before the clinical review is to commence; and

(b) specify the scope and objectives of the review; and

(d) specify the date of commencement of the clinical review and the expected duration of the review.
