272 Member of staff of clinical mental health service provider to give any reasonable assistance
A member of staff of a clinical mental health service provider must provide the chief psychiatrist, or an authorised officer acting under the direction of the chief psychiatrist, with any reasonable assistance that the chief psychiatrist or authorised officer requires to perform any duties or functions or exercise any powers under this Act or the regulations.
