271 Delegation

The chief psychiatrist, by instrument, may delegate any function or power of the chief psychiatrist under this Act to a person who is a psychiatrist and who—

(a) is referred to in section 269; or

(b) has entered into an agreement or arrangement with the Health Secretary under section 270.
