260 Chief Officer for Mental Health and Wellbeing
(1) There is to be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 a Chief Officer for Mental Health and Wellbeing.
(2) A person is qualified to be the Chief Officer if the person has the appropriate knowledge and experience to perform the functions of, and exercise the powers of, the Chief Officer.
(3) The Chief Officer is subject to the direction and control of the Health Secretary.
