245 When does an authorised person's care and control end under this Part?

A person is no longer under an authorised person's care and control under this Part if the person—

(a) enters the care and control of another authorised person to whom the person's care and control has been transferred in accordance with section 242; or

(b) enters the care and control of a registered medical practitioner, an authorised mental health practitioner or a registered nurse at the designated mental health service or place in accordance with section 244; or
