222 Application and purpose of Part
(1) This Part applies to the following orders—
(a) a court assessment order;
(b) a temporary treatment order;
(c) a treatment order.
(2) The purpose of this Part is to provide for an authorised psychiatrist to vary an order to which this Part applies to enable the assessment or treatment of the person subject to the order to be provided by another designated mental health service.
