(a) any nominated support person of the person whose leave was revoked;
(b) any guardian of the person whose leave was revoked;
(c) any carer of the person whose leave was revoked, if the authorised psychiatrist is satisfied that the revocation of leave will directly affect the care relationship between the carer and the person;
(d) a parent of the person whose leave was revoked, if the person is under 16 years of age;
(e) the DFFH Secretary, if that Secretary has parental responsibility for the person whose leave was revoked under a relevant child protection order.
