213 Variation of leave of absence

(1) An authorised psychiatrist may vary the period or any conditions of a leave of absence granted under section 212.

(2) If a leave of absence has been granted to a person who is subject to an inpatient treatment order and an intensive monitored supervision order, any variation of a period under subsection (1) must not exceed the maximum period of 7 days for that leave.
