197 Inpatient treatment order—patient to be transported to designated mental health service as soon as practicable

If the Mental Health Tribunal makes an inpatient treatment order in respect of a person and the person is not already at the responsible designated mental health service, an authorised psychiatrist for the responsible designated mental health service must ensure that arrangements are made for the person to be transported to the responsible designated mental health service as soon as practicable after the inpatient treatment order is made.
