196 Contents of treatment order
A treatment order must contain the following information—
(a) the name of the treatment patient;
(b) the date that the order was made;
(c) whether the order is a community treatment order or an inpatient treatment order;
(d) the designated mental health service which is to be responsible for treating the treatment patient;
(e) the nature and effect of a treatment order;
(f) the duration of the order;
(g) any other prescribed information.
