182 What does a temporary treatment order authorise?
(1) A temporary treatment order authorises compulsory treatment to be given to the temporary treatment patient.
(2) A community temporary treatment order enables the temporary treatment patient to be treated in the community.
(3) An inpatient temporary treatment order authorises the detention of the temporary treatment patient for the purpose of transporting the patient to the responsible designated mental health service and the detention of the patient for the purpose of providing treatment to the patient at the service under the order.
