118 Reporting to the chief psychiatrist

An authorised psychiatrist treating a person under this Part at a designated mental health service must give a written report to the chief psychiatrist—

(a) containing the matters requested by the chief psychiatrist; and

(b) within the time requested by the chief psychiatrist.
